to be -бути

was -був.була, було — для однини

were – були — для множини

Examples

I was at my Gran's house yesterday.
You were late for school this morning.
She was with her friends last Saturday.
We were tired yesterday.

Remember!

I was — я був
you were — ти був
She w as — вона була
He was-він був
It was - воно було
We were — ми були
They were — вони буби
